• We have a one-time $199 set-up fee (which includes premium paid advertising for the first 90 days and multiple free advertising venues until your home is rented) and our monthly management fee is 10% (discounts given for owners with multiple properties or units)of the gross rent collected.
• We do NOT charge an up-front or annual lease-up fee (which for other companies is typically ½ of first month’s rent… charged to you every year) or a minimum monthly fee if unrented!
Real Property Management focuses 100% of our time, effort and energy to providing full-time service to our clients – we do not do this part-time!
